Execution of Matthew Eric Wrinkles

Matthew Eric Wrinkles was executed in Michigan City, Indiana by lethal injection at 12:39 AM Central Time on December 11th. This was Indiana's 20th execution since capital punishment's reinstatement in 1977.
Various events and vigils bearing witness to the execution and remembering the victims of his crime, Debra Wrinkles, Natalie Fulkerson, and Tony Fulkerson, were held around the state.
Mary Winnecke, the mother of one of the victims, asked Hoosiers opposed to the death penalty to write to the Governor. His office can be reached through the in.gov website here.
